Moulding Facility (GREEN SAND)
  • One Horizontal high pressure line from Belloi & Romangnoli, Italy, having box size of 1000×1000×250/250mm, producing 80 moulds/hr.
  • One vertical high pressure line from China having box size of 1100×1050×180-350mm, producing 180 moulds/hr.
  • One pair of DISA ARPA 900 simultaneous jolt squeeze moulding machines to accommodate 950×900×250/300 mm moulding boxes, producing 25 mould/hr.
  • One pair of SMFA600 simultaneous jolt squeeze moulding machines to accommodate 700×800×250/300 mm moulding boxes producing 30 mould/hr.
  • Fully automated mould handling and punch out system.
  • Two automatic sand plant of 50 TPH & 100 TPH capacity with sand reclamation system and cooling system with dust collector facility for environmental protection.
No Bake Moulding Facility. (Furan Based)

  • 12 tons per hour capacity fully automated reclamation sand plant system.
